How can I store additional imprints on the e-mark (create) to print without connection to the app?

You can store up to four imprints on the e-mark which are ready to print even when you are not connected to the app. In addition to the last imprint that has been sent and is stored on the 'green' position, you can store three additional imprints permanently by following the steps below:

1. Go to the e-mark connect page
2. Ensure that you are connected to your e-mark or connect now
3. On the bottom half of the page you will see the three storage positions blue, pink and orange
4. Select an imprint that you want to store on each position

Please note that imprints with certain functions cannot be stored on the e-mark. This applies to imprints with numbering, date and time function, as well as imprints with serial printing elements (CSV) or card printing templates.

How can I change between the imprints stored on the e-mark?

Change to the respective position by clicking on the e-mark symbol in the app (on the left-hand side of the stored imprint) or tapping four times (two double clicks with a little break in between) on the e-mark. Watch our video below for exact sequence of steps.

The colour of the LED's (blue, pink, orange or green) on the side of the e-mark will show you which imprint position you are currently, and, which imprint will be printed. You can change the stored imprints anytime or delete them if not needed.
