How can I use the additional templates from the website? – e-mark (create) Help Centre

In addition to the templates in the app, you can also use the ones on our website:

In this article you will find an instruction on how to download templates from the website and insert them in your app.

Download templates on iOS and Android devices

Go to the main menu on top left
Click on new imprint and then more templates online
Choose the template category
Click on the template you want to download. It is automatically saved to the my imprints page

Go to the e-mark website -> e-mark -> Downloads -> Templates
e-mark templates: Templates - e-mark professional (colop.com)
e-mark create templates: Templates - e-mark create (colop.com)
Choose the template category
Click on the template you want to download. There are 2 ways to start the download:
1) Click on Download to directly download
2) Click on Add to my collection -> a new screen opens from the right side and shows you the templates added to your collection (click on the 'x' to go back and select more templates) -- click on Download to download the templates
Open the e-mark desktop software -> click on My imprints and then on Import -> Select your download folder & double click the e-mark file -> the file is imported to your e-mark desktop software
