My e-mark (create) is not turning on anymore or does not charge. What can I do?

If your e-mark (create) does not turn on anymore, please make sure you have checked the following:

• Do you use the right power adapter? The e-mark CANNOT be charged via the USB interface
  
• Check whether the contacts of the battery are free of any foil or tape
  
• Your battery might be totally discharged, charge the e-mark for several hours
  Note that the battery discharges itself slightly also when it is turned off. Please activate your e-mark at least once per month to ensure a steady printing quality and battery life
• Switch the e-mark on and check whether it lights up while charging
