I cannot find the SSID and password of my e-mark (create) for connecting. Where can I find this information?

You can find your SSID and password on the Quick Setup Guide in the packaging. If you cannot find it any more, you can reset your e-mark (create).

Reset the e-mark

1. Turn on your e-mark
2. Remove the top cover
3. Use a paper clip and press 5 seconds in the small hole on the right side of the battery
4. Your e-mark will beep several times, after that it will restart (this can take up to 30 s)
5. Now print with the e-mark on a piece of paper, you will see your SSID and password

Note: by resetting your e-mark, all imprints stored on the e-mark will be deleted, however you can send them again from the app.
