If you struggle with changing the imprint positions, check the following:
- Make sure your e-mark is in the docking station and on a stable surface when you try to switch the imprint by tapping. Have a look at our instruction to change the imprint position: How can I store additional imprints on the e-mark to print without connection to the app?
- Check in the app on the e-mark connect page if you have stored imprints on all positions. Keep in mind that whenever you reset your e-mark, all imprints saved on the e-mark will be deleted
- Add or exchange an imprint on the blue, pink or orange position in the app and try to switch again
