If your e-mark (create) does not print what you have sent, or should have been stored on the e-mark, please check the following:
- You might not be connected to your e-mark when you sent the imprint. Whenever you send an imprint, you will see a light round the e-mark lightguide and the e-mark will beep twice once it has received the imprint. Check the following article for connectivity issues: I cannot connect to the e-mark or lose connection, what can I do?
- If you are using the additional imprint storages on your e-mark, check the lightguide on the side of the e-mark. You may have accidentally switched to another position (blue, pink, orange)
