My e-mark (create) does not print the current date and time. What can I do?

Check the following, if your e-mark does not print the current date and time:

• Whenever you remove the battery of the e-mark or your battery is completely empty, your e-mark resets the date/time and will not print the right information any more. You need to send the imprint again.
• Make sure that you have selected a date or time function in the editor. You can also add a date as a text, which will not update automatically. For more details on using the automatic date and time function go to How can I use the automatic date and time function?
