I cannot download the e-mark app. What can I do?

If you cannot download the e-mark app, check the following:

• Make sure that your device and operating system is supported by the app - For which devices is the e-mark (create) software available?
• Your phone or tablet might not have enough storage - delete some items on your phone
• You might need to delete the cache of your app store, find below an instruction for the Google Play Store and iOS AppStore
• If you are unable to install other apps on your device, it might be your app store or phone which does not work 

Clear cache in Google Play Store

1. Open the Settings on your phone or tablet
2. Click on Apps & notifications and then See all apps
3. Scroll down and click on Google Play Store
4. Click on Storage and then Clear Cache
5. Click on Clear data
6. Re-open the Play Store, and try your download the app again
7. Restart your phone and try again if you still cannot download it

Clear cache in AppStore

1. Open the AppStore on your phone or tablet
2. Tap ten times on any of the tab buttons at the bottom. You cache is cleared
