For which devices is the e-mark (create) software available?

The e-mark app support the following versions:

• Mobile apps on phones and tablets:
  • Android 10 and higher
  • iOS 15 and higher
• Desktop version on laptops and PCs:
  • Windows 10 and 11

The Printer driver for Windows (for e-mark only) supports the following versions:

• Windows 10 and 11 on PCs and laptops

 System requirements for the desktop version:

• .Net (DOTNET) Framework
• Min. 4 GB RAM
• Min. 500 MB disk space
• Recommended screen resolution: min. 1024 x 768
